🏋🏽‍♀️ Fitness for women over 50
💡 I teach you what to do in the moment, before the shame spiral starts
🚫 No more starting over every Monday.

The old pattern counts on you reacting fast. PAUSE The old pattern counts on you reacting fast. PAUSE breaks that rhythm.Sometimes the first win is one honest word.
Before the snack.
Before the “screw it.”
Before the whole evening turns into something you regret. One word. Not a perfect analysis, or a deep breakthrough.Just one honest word for what’s actually going on.
Tired.
Restless.
Lonely.
Frustrated.
Resentful.
Disappointed.
Wound up.
Numb. That may not sound like much, but it changes something important.Because the second you name what’s real, you stop treating the urge like a mystery and start seeing the moment more clearly. And clarity gives you a little space. Just enough space to make a better next move.A lot of women go straight from feeling something to eating something, with almost nothing in between. This is one way to build that “in between.”Not by judging yourself harder, by getting more honest, faster. What word shows up most often for you lately?
You don't need a brand-new Monday. You need a bett You don't need a brand-new Monday. You need a better move in the moment. Most women are misreading the moment. They feel the urge, head toward the kitchen, eat the thing, and immediately decide the problem is this:
“I have no discipline.”Maybe not.
A lot of the time, what’s actually happening is something much more ordinary and much more human.✅You’re tired.
✅You’re overstimulated.
✅You’re lonely.
✅You’re disappointed.
✅You’re resentful. You’ve been holding it together all day and now your brain wants relief, reward, or just a break from being “on.”But instead of noticing that, most women go straight to self-criticism.That matters, because when you misread the moment, you use the wrong solution. If you think the problem is “I’m weak,” then the answer becomes:✔️try harder
✔️tighten up
✔️be stricter
✔️start over tomorrowBut if the real problem is stress, depletion, habit, or wanting comfort, then what you need is a completely different response. Not permission to spiral, or a lecture. Just honesty about what’s actually going on.That’s where better choices start.
Not with shame, with accuracy. What old story do you tend to tell yourself in that moment?
The goal isn't to never have urges. The goal is to The goal isn't to never have urges. The goal is to stop obeying every one of them.If your hardest part is not breakfast or lunch…If you’re “good all day” and then nighttime is where things start to slide…If the craving hits fast and you feel like your good intentions don’t stand a chance in that moment…I made something for you. It’s called The Urge Interrupt. It’s a simple guide for what to do in the 60 seconds before a craving wins, so you can stop treating that moment like a personal failure and start working with it differently.Because you probably don't need more rules. You probably don't need another stern pep talk. And you definitely don't need to keep starting over every Monday. You need a better move in the moment that usually gets you. That’s what this is for.And if you want ongoing support with this kind of thing in real life, that’s also the kind of work we do inside Fit Women 50+.Not perfection. Not performance. Real-life pattern work, self-trust, and follow-through.If this sounds like your exact struggle, grab The Urge Interrupt and start there. Just comment URGE and I'll send it over!

That moment in the kitchen is not random.Let’s t That moment in the kitchen is not random.Let’s talk about it.Not the big plan.
Not the Monday motivation.
Not the grocery haul. The moment.Dinner is over.
The kitchen is still kind of calling your name.
You’re tired.
You weren’t planning to eat anything else.
But suddenly you’re standing there opening the pantry, the fridge, or the snack drawer like your body got there before your brain did. That is the moment most women are actually dealing with. Not a lack of information.
Not confusion about what’s healthy.
Not some giant character flaw.A fast, familiar moment where stress, habit, reward, and autopilot all pile in at once. And because it happens so fast, it’s easy to think,
“Well, I guess I really wanted it.”
Sometimes yes.
But sometimes what you really wanted was relief.
A break.
A reward.
A shift in how you felt for five minutes. That’s why this stuff can’t be solved by telling yourself to “just use more discipline.”You need something for the moment itself. That’s where the real work is.
And honestly, that’s where self-trust gets rebuilt too. What does your version of this moment look like?
