That’s me over there with the purple sunglasses, just having finished a 5K with my son, Robert. I was 61. (He finished way sooner than I did…..)

The other picture is the day I married the love of my life in 2008, at the age of 52. And I met him in 1977!!

Here’s the thing!

You need to ditch the excuses, the blame, the overwhelm. Getting into your best shape ever takes work, I won’t lie, but you’re almost certainly doing it wrong.

Blaming your “lack of willpower” or some other bogey man, or just giving up altogether.
