light sour cream (Daisy or Land 'O Lakes)

crumbled blue (or feta) cheese
add a couple extra tablespoons after blending if you like it chunkier

rice vinegar
or other flavored vinegar

garlic cloves
or more depending on how much you like garlic
1/8 to 1/4

white or black pepper

Small knife or garlic press
Method
Measure all ingredients into a medium bowl or food processor
Pulse until desired creaminess, or whisk by hand in bowl
Add more crumbled cheese if desired
